On Mart is not liable for data loss).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2267\"><p data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2267\">Third-party software, settings, or data are not covered by the warranty.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2340\"><p data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2340\">Normal wear and tear, including batteries, camera lenses, or displays.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2425\"><p data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2425\">Damage caused by the product being used with incompatible accessories or software.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2494\"><p data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2494\">Battery tampering, use outside specified devices, or broken seals.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6603bf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6603bf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Warranty for Products Sold by Third Parties\/Resellers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50c22cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50c22cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2779\">Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces on\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2645\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/onmart.ae\/\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2643\">https:\/\/onmart.ae\/<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0carry the warranty provided by the respective authorized agent, distributor, or seller, valid within the UAE unless otherwise stated.<\/p><ul data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"3782\"><li data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2909\"><p data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2909\">Warranty support is provided by the brand owner or the marketplace seller;\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2881\">On Mart <\/strong>acts only as a facilitator.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"3031\"><p data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"3031\">For products sold directly by\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"2965\">On Mart<\/strong>, a standard 12-month warranty applies unless specified otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3130\"><p data-start=\"3034\" data-end=\"3130\">Accessories (excluding Apple products) are covered by a 6-month warranty starting from delivery.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3131\" data-end=\"3270\"><p data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3270\">Warranty service is provided through authorized service centers. Verification of serial number and purchase date via invoice is required.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3351\"><p data-start=\"3273\" data-end=\"3351\">The repair turnaround time
